Scheme for Interest Subvention to Nano Household Enterprises –    

 

G.O (MS) No.116/2017/ID dated 13.11.2017

To provide financial assistance to nano and house hold units with capital investment up to Rs 5 lakhs engaged in the activity of manufacturing or job work.

Provides financial assistance in the form of interest subvention on a reimbursement basis for the term loans availed by the units.

For General category the interest subvention is 6% per annum for 3 years and for SC/ST and women it is 8% per annum for 3 years.

To provide support to flood affected MSMEs both in manufacturing and Service sector which are identified in the mobile survey-Rebuild kerala.

All flood affected MMSEs in manufacturing sector which suffered loss or damage due to the flood occurred between 1st June and 18th August and included in the mobile survey are eligible.

Elements of fixed capital investment as per ESS guidelines are eligible for assistance.

The assistance is 15% to 40% of the total FC limited to Rs 20 lakhs for General category and Rs 30 lakhs for special category (As per ESS guidelines)

Assistance Scheme for Artisans (ASHA)

 

Provide extensive Support to Artisans in the Handicrafts Sector for setting up Handicrafts-based micro enterprises

The support will be extended as a back-end financial assistance in the form of grant upon commissioning of the enterprise and after filing EM Part II/ Udyog Adhar

  1. Scheme for strengthening linkages between Universities/ Research institutes and Industry/Enterprise.

 

The assistance under the scheme shall be released to the eligible institution in installments as decided by the sanctioning authority (Director Industries & Commerce)  based on the milestones/benchmarks set out at the time of sanction. Director of Industries & Commerce or his authorized representative shall have full powers to monitor progress of the project / monitor utilization of funds at any stage and as often as deemed necessary. For this purpose, an official not below the rank of Deputy Director/Manager shall be attached to each beneficiary institution of the assistance under this scheme.
